Our new edition...

We've been talking about getting a puppy for some time now. The conversation usually starts when Nattie does something wrong and we discuss what it will be like when she is no longer with us and we can get a dog that isn't stupid. Yeah, we're big talkers. Everyone who knows us knows that she is the "queen" around here.

Well, then we were offered the deal of a lifetime! A full breed AKC certified Golden Retriever - with papers. For FREE! How can you pass that up! You can't. Well, we can't. As you can see by the pictures below!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we introduce to you, our new puppy... K-Bar. (Yes, we named him after a knife)

Cadence fell completely in love with him the minute she saw him!

It was rather hard to take this particular picture being as Caders couldn't keep her hands off of him and cried when Matt even tried to pet him!

Look closely at her hand - she is seconds away from pushing Matt's hand off the puppy so she can have him all to herself. It's hard to share when your two and you love animals.

Look at this face! He was the smallest and least wild of all the puppies in the bunch. That is why Ski picked him!

Nattie formed a bond with him rather quickly and is very protective of him!


However, she isn't used to a dog with so much energy trying to always mess with her and it wears her out.

He fits in well around here. Can't you tell?
